Reset and reflect

Online or In-Person | Duration: 5 Weeks

Reset and Reflect helps participants understand their motivations, behaviors, and environment to make empowered, informed choices about food, movement, and self-care.

Who is it for?

Individuals struggling with overeating, restrictive dieting, or yo-yo dieting who want to improve their relationship with food, increase self-awareness, and build sustainable habits, without restrictive plans or guilt. (Not a clinical nutrition or therapy service.)

Goal

Help participants understand their motivations, behaviors, and environment to make empowered, informed choices about food, movement, and self-care.


By the End of 6 Weeks, Participants Will Have:


  • A personalized health roadmap
  • Awareness of eating patterns and triggers
  • Tools to navigate emotional or situational eating
  • Confidence to make balanced, sustainable choices

Programme Structure

  • Free 15-Minute Consultation to assess needs and goals
  • 1 x 90-Minute Introductory Session: Deep dive into habits, goals, mindset, and creation of a personal roadmap
  • 3 x 60-Minute Weekly Coaching Sessions: Education on nutrition, habits, emotional eating, mindful decision-making, goal setting, and problem-solving
  • Between Sessions: Weekly check-ins, reflection tasks, access to tools like food/mood diaries, habit trackers, and educational guides

Key Components

  1. Self-Awareness & Emotional Intelligence: Identify triggers and emotional eating patterns
  2. Food Diary, Reflection and Assessment: Track your meals, snacks, emotions, and hunger/fullness cues for 7 days. After completing your diary, you’ll receive a personalized nutrition assessment to highlight patterns, strengths, and opportunities for balanced eating.
  3. Education & Skill Building: Learn nutrition basics, mindful/intuitive eating, habit formation, and emotional awareness
  4. Practical Support: Implement realistic strategies for meal balance, emotional triggers, and consistency
  5. Weekly Reflection: Guided exercises to review progress, celebrate wins, and plan next steps
